“The inaugural Mower Mardi Gras proved a major highlight of the Wollombi Small Farms Fair held over the weekend.
On Sunday dozens of creative entries paraded past the famed Wollombi Tavern and around the fairground, with many locals donning their finest dress ups and decorating their ride on mowers for a unique and memorable parade of mower pride.
The parade was then culminated with a blessing of the mowers, performed by local pastor Fr. Graham Jackson.”
