The festival kicks off with an array of dining concepts that encapsulate the essence of Wollombi’s gastronomic scene. Each restaurant and café in the Valley will offer specially curated Taste Menus for a week, providing you with an unparalleled opportunity to savour the best local flavours.

  • [01 June] Progressive Dinner: Start your festival journey with a night sampling delights from various establishments
  • [03 June] Sunset Cheese & Wine: Sunsets in Wollombi are sensational, so too are the wines and cheese.
  • [05 June] Whiskey Wednesday: Enjoy Scottish-inspired beverages, delectable nibbles and guided whisky tasting.
  • [06 June] Yin & Gin: A sunset yoga class followed by a local favourite- the Myrtle gin cocktail.
  • [06 June] Communal Supper Club: Enjoy 4 exquisite courses created by local Chef Nathan Cooper.
  • [07 June] Afternoon Bush Tea:  Fresh myrtle scones, roasted coffee, sparkling wine and local treats.
  • [08 June] Fireworks & Picnic by lantern light: Cracker night, picnic blankets and hampers. Need we say more?

The festival culminates in a long weekend packed with events. The highlight is Cracker Night at the Wollombi Tavern on Saturday, 8th June. Continue your culinary adventure at the Wollombi Markets on Monday, 10th June, where local vendors showcase their finest produce and artisanal products.
