WOLLOMBI VALLEY WINE TRAIL
The Wollombi Valley Wine Trail passes through beautiful countryside at the southern gateway to Hunter Valley Wine Country. Wind your way into the Valley following the historic Great North Road. In under two hours from Sydney you could be relaxing with a glass of wine from one of the Wine Trail’s boutique vineyards. There are six wineries on the Wine Trail, plus the Wollombi Tavern, each offering a unique visitor experience. From October to January each year, enjoy a wander through the vineyards and take in Sculpture in the Vineyards.

Wollombi Wines is a family owned and operated Boutique Vineyard and Cellar Door, 1km from the historic village of Wollombi.
Wines available are traditional Shiraz, Semillon and full flavoured aged Sparkling. We also produce a range of light easy drinking wines including Moscato, White Splash, Fiori, and our luscious lower alcohol Bella Frizzante.
In a strikingly beautiful setting bordered by the Wollombi Brook, Wollombi Wines is an ideal place to taste great wines, relax and if you wish enjoy a picnic.

Noyce Brothers Wines is a boutique wine producer at Wollombi in the Lower Hunter Valley. Born about 10 miles from the Tavern in 1929, Mel Jurd purchased the Wollombi Wine Saloon in 1957. Legend has it that Mel, in his efforts to keep costs down and revenues up would save all the leftovers from the night before and pour them into a single container. This becames Dr Jurds Jungle Juice, which has remained the trademark for the establishment ever since. Experience the infamous Jungle Juice – or take one home – at the Wollombi Tavern.
