Take a few more breaths here to just relax your body and collect your attention
Eyes closed or partially closed and cast down in front of you
Each inhale you’re collecting yourself and gathering your attention and each exhale you are allowing your attention to settle. Allow your body to quiet. Take another handful of breaths to create this body full of silence, steadiness, ready for anything. You may feel a sense of compassion for yourself welling up inside. Three more deep breaths. Feel the force for slowing down time.
How much :$12 per hour class or $100 for a 10 class pass
What to bring : All supportive props provided. Bring a mat & drink bottle

Monday 6.30am-7.30am. Sunrise Vinyasa. Vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice linking breathe and movement. May include pranayama (breath work), mantra and meditation. Some experience required.
Wednesday 7.30am-8.30am. Vinyasa – vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice linking breath and movement. Everyone welcome
Thursday 5.30pm – 6.30pm. Sunset Yin Restorative – a chilled end of the day mixing gentle asana, yin and restorative poses using plenty of props. Suitable for everyone.
Saturday 8,30am-9.30am. Morning Hatha – a slower but still dynamic class with longer holds focusing on the breath and prana. Suitable for all levels
