Myrtle and Stone will open three nights a week during the Wollombi Valley Sculpture Festival. As the Valley comes alive join us for delicious meals and celebrate this incredible festival.

Thursday and Friday Night

Chef Nathan and Chef Angus will join forces with this scrumptious menu:

Main :

Beef & Thyme gourmet sausages with roasted tomato gravy, classic garlic mash, peas and caramelised onions. (GF)

Pan seared market fish of the day and slow cooked fennel puree, grilled radicchio, zucchini and lemon (GF)

Grilled pumpkin and herb ricotta lasagne with Greek salad (GF)

Dessert:

Cherry frangipane tart with dark chocolate ganache and vanilla ice cream (GF)

Saturday Night

Beef Massaman curry (GF)
