Oh hello long weekend, we can’t wait to greet you! There is so much going on in our fair Valley this October long weekend. Here is what you can look forward to at GNTP.
Our regular dinner service featuring our superstar Spring Menu will be available from 6pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. We are also extending our regular brekky service and menu to Monday and it is available from 8am until 11.30am each day of the long weekend. Bookings welcome and cheered!
We will be televising both the grand finals this long weekend, starting with the AFL on Saturday and the NRL on Sunday afternoon. Team colours and footy tagics very welcome to cheer the games with us!
If you are looking for live tunes and an opportunity to use those dancing shoes, we are welcoming some rather fine performers indeed to the GNTP stage.
Saturday night features Newcastle based alt-folk artist Suz Dorahy, a singer/songwriter who has just released her first EP Stolen.
Our regular Bloody Sundays continue for those unready or unwilling to round off their weekend with a leisurely sabbath. Aside from our renowned burger menu and the best Bloody Marys this side of the mountain, you can look forward to some gorgeous tunes from one of our favourite duos, Dearly Departed. DD features Nat Henry of The Wayward Henrys and Emily Smith and together their rootsy Americana sound is enchanting many far and wide.
As always, we will be open throughout the long weekend with for petrol, ice and any long weekend essentials from our well stocked general store. The forecast is fine and we can’t wait!
