Join us a first hand talks and demonstrations. Bring the family to learn about legendary Lomandra – the ultimate champion native plant for creek protection and health.

Hosted on local properties in the Wollombi and Paynes Crossing area, come and find out more about this extraordinary plant, how it stabilises creek banks, improves flood resilience, creek condition and habitat for animals such as platypus and how easy it is to plant and maintain.

See Lomandra being planted by professional contractors along a section of the creek while learning about the species Lomandra longifolia through first hand talks and demonstrations.

Come along and observe or if you want to join in the planting alongside the professionals you can.

Morning tea and lomandra giveaways provided.

Children welcome and must be superviseded at all times by parent/guardian while on site.
