Grab a spot on the gently sloping grass and set up camp after an easy drive from Sydney or Newcastle. Only accessible by 4WD, Mountain Arm campground is a peaceful and remote rustic camping site which offers a great family getaway within Yengo National Park. If you’ve got an off-road caravan or trailer, bring it along, otherwise set up the tent. Choose your spot beside the creek for a tranquil location amidst brilliantly flowering wattles before you set out to explore. The kids will love the shallow creek; great for cooling off on hot days. Go mountain bike riding on the Mount Yengo loop trail, enjoy the Yango Walking Track, Mount Yengo Lookout, or explore the 4WD trails through rugged valleys.
There are 6 campsites. Facilities include: Non-flush toilets, fire rings (bring your own firewood).
Camping Fees: $14 per adult per night. $7 per child per night (prices subject to change without notice). Access to this area of Yengo National Park is via a locked gate, so bookings are essential.
