Gap Creek Campground – Watagans National Park

Gap Creek campground in Watagans National Park is perfect for families and adventure travellers alike. The natural setting is outstanding, with colourful plant life, like red cedars and blue gums, coupled with amazing birdlife like lyrebirds as your backdrop. For something truly spectacular, the Gap Creek walking track can be traced to the impressive Gap Creek waterfall, cascading more than 40m after heavy rains. Afterwards, head back to the campground for a barbecue and maybe a game of cricket. The trees provide plenty of shade for that afternoon nap to wind down after an adventurous day.

There are 3 campsites. Facilities include: Gas/electric BBQ’s (free), wood BBQ’s (bring your own firewood) carpark, picnic tables, non-flush toilets.
