Artisan Collective Market

Date: Saturday 05 September 2026

Artisan Market Wollombi – First Saturday of Every Month
Wollombi General Store Courtyard Garden & Artisan Collective. 2884 Wollombi Road, Wollombi NSW 2325

Held in the heritage courtyard garden of the Wollombi General Store. One of the oldest continuously trading stores in New South Wales, established 1851. The Artisan Market Wollombi is the Hunter Valley’s newest reason to make the drive into the Wollombi Valley.

On the first Saturday of every month, the garden fills with makers, collectors, and creators from across the Hunter and beyond. Browse locally made homewares, handcrafted objects, antiques, botanicals, artworks, textiles, and slow-made lifestyle goods.
The kind of things that don’t turn up in shopping centres.
This is a market with a sense of place.
Wollombi is one of the most intact colonial villages in regional New South Wales. Sandstone churches, a historic tavern, a creek that runs through the heart of town, and the General Store sits right at the centre of it all.
The market feels like a natural extension of that story.
Curated by the Artisans Collective at the Wollombi General Store, with a focus on:
~Locally made and regionally sourced goods
~Antiques, vintage, and heritage homewares
~Slow-crafted objects and handmade lifestyle pieces
~Genuinely unique finds you won’t see twice
Free entry. Dog-friendly. 90 minutes from Sydney via the Great Northern Road or Wisemans Ferry Road through the Wollombi Valley, Hunter Valley NSW.
First Saturday. Every month. Rain or shine.
