A children’s workshop, making clay tiles impressed with native plants, will be held at 10.30am by Sculpture in the Vineyards’ Artist in Residence Sharon Taylor. Then at 3pm, join us to hear Sharon talk about her ceramic practice and how she has sourced clay from the historic Wollombi clay pit in making her sculptures. This clay pit near the entrance to Undercliff Winery, supplied the brickworks, adjacent, to make bricks used to build Wollombi Village back in the 1800’s. Enjoy a glass of local wine afterwards and experience the creative artworks in this year’s Small Sculpture Show.
The free exhibition continues every weekend until 26th November.
