Join us for a mid winter feast with friends with enjoy delicious christmas-style roasts. Nathan has created a delicious menu for our mid-winter feast.

MENU

To Start

• Cream of potato with smoked honey ham, mustard oil, crispy rosemary & grilled sourdough
• Cream of potato leek & white bean, roasted chickpeas, smoked paprika & charred pepper purée with grilled sourdough

Main Dish

• Sous side rolled turkey breast stuffed with macadamia nut, herb & orange caramelised cauliflower puree, parmesan brussel sprouts & mulled wine cranberry glaze (GF)
• Rolled honey-glazed butternut pumpkin, stuffed with macadamia nut, cannellini bean herbs & citrus curry leaf spiced green pea cream, caramelised parsnips (GF)

All mains served with crispy herb chats, steamed greens tossed with basil extra virgin olive oil

Dessert

• Spiced eggnog cheesecake served, roasted pear puree, strawberries & vanilla ice cream (GF)
