Sculpture in the Vineyards has received Regional Flagship Events funding for 2012. A big congratulations to the organisers who work tirelessly to create this fantastic event for the Wollombi Valley! “This week, Minister for Tourism, Major Events and the Arts, George Souris announced $412,000 of support for 33 flagship events across regional NSW in 2012. The Regional Flagship Events Program offers one-year grants of $10,000 or grants of $20,000 each year to support the marketing an advertising of these events. Events supported through the Regional Flagship Events program are run by local community and involve local producers, artists, craftspeople, sportspeople and musicians.”
